Project management is basically always the same: developing a very concrete idea of the desired result and making sure that you don’t lose your energy and your way. Goals and problems must be made understandable, resistance must be overcome, details must be taken seriously.
As a manager of small businesses, construction sites, large projects, head of development departments or top manager of multinational companies, I have learned to achieve the desired result.
